TITLE: Strollhardt™ Rolling Cabinet
SYNOPSIS: With m any innovations, this came out of necessity. I was unsatisfied with many furniture designs I saw at the time. So I designed these 2 units to fill the gap.

Constructed from pine, then triple varnished, the Strollhardt™ Rolling Cabinet was designed to be as functional and modular as possible. Working with a carpenter, we created these prototypes in 2 days.

All parts are easily replaceable, and the casters each have a brake mechanism. In the rear, there is a porthole for cables and power. Each shelf is positionable with brackets. An innovative idea was have a small space in the rear of the unit, that would allow cables to go through, with out having any cables show from the outside.

The project originally called for recessed lighting, mounted in the top valence, brushed steel side handles, and brushed steel veneer adhesive on the cabinet doors. Unfortunately it became over budget.

They exist today, and I have been donated to art collectors, one in Chicago and the other in Los Angeles.
